Eloïse Cassels

I have been out in the mountains skiing and hiking since I was wee! Luckily, now all grown up I get to be out there as my job!

With a detour doing fashion communications at university all I could think about was being outside which prompted me to move up to the Scottish Highlands where I trained up as an outdoor instructor!

I now get to spend my summers out on the rocks or in whitewater and my winters in the snow… all year I get to share my passion with others which is the best part of my work and have them leave loving it just as much as I do!

In the summer

A lot! raft guiding, canoe expeditions, gorge walking, rock climbing… I like to spend my time outside as much as possible when the weather is in summer mode and it helps that its my role to show people what the Scottish highlands has to offer!

My Zermatt insider tip is:
Ski the yellow runs, best runs in the resort and there’s no one on them.
If I wasn't a Summit instructor:
It would be hard to find me far from adventure… so I would probably have taken my photography into the outdoors and follow people into crazy places!

3 reasons to ski with me:

1. I like to keep things as fun as possible – if one way isn’t working for you we’ll work together and find another, only smiles with me!

2. There’s no such thing as a silly question with me as I am the champion of them! so whatever you’re thinking just ask and we’ll figure it out together!

3. I have a love for hot drinks so there will definitely be hot chocolate breaks 😉
