The Summit team are a group of skiers and snowboarders who are knowledgeable and passionate about their sport and being in the mountains. If you are looking to start your journey on snow, improve on where you are or try something new then come talk to us.
We offer private lessons and small group lessons for adults and children. Our group lessons are taught in English.
Our most popular private ski lessons; get out and enjoy the perfectly groomed pistes first thing or head out for the afternoon to explore the mountain.
Half day lessons also work really well for young kids (from 2 years old). Our fantastic instructors love getting the little ones going on skis, learning and having a blast at the same time.
High season dates:
Christmas/New Year: 15.12.24 – 05.01.25
Half Term: 16.02.25 – 22.02.25
Easter: 30.03.25 – 13.04.25
A full day private ski lesson gives you the chance to make the most of our huge ski area. Whether you want to perfect your technique, explore the itineraries, go for a lunch in Italy, or all of the above and more the full day gives you the flexibility to do that.
5 hour lessons can be straight through (e.g. 9am-2pm) or with a 1 hour break for lunch. (e.g. 9am-12pm & 1pm-3pm)

There are lots of ski schools in Zermatt to choose from, here’s why we think you should book with us.
Most schools charge a supplement when there are more than two people with the instructor…we don’t Our price is based on the length of the lesson. You can have as many people as you like with your instructor but if you are looking to make big technical changes we recommend no more than six.
I’d like an introduction to off piste technique and to head off piste beyond the itinerary runs while learning how to use avalanche safety equipment.
The amount of time you choose to take an instructor for is flexible, as are the meeting points and finish points. While we generally suggest meeting on the mountain to get the most out of your time with the instructor, it also works to meet at your hotel, the rental shop or anywhere else, if that’s what you would prefer.
