Being outdoors and active in the mountains is my formula for happiness and I absolutely love sharing my passion with others. To work as a ski instructor in Zermatt, surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountains in the world really is a dream job – helping people develop and get more out of their skiing amongst 38 mountains over 4,000m is incredibly special.
Adventure and endurance feature heavily in my life and I enjoy testing my limits through physical challenges and expeditions. Ask me about climbing all the Scottish Munros (Project 282), ski mountaineering, long-distance running, Ironman triathlons…
Or about my unconventional path to ski teaching via qualifying as a chartered accountant in London, to now holding the BASI ISIA stamp.

You’ll find me either in the Alps or in the hills of Scotland – hiking, camping, trail running, wild swimming, cycling, paddle boarding, climbing, adventure skiing on left over snow patches… You name it, if it’s outside in the mountains, I’m game!
I am a qualified international mountain leader (IML) and share some of my favourite corners of the Scottish Highlands with clients in the early summer, before returning to the Alps to leading trekking holidays including the Tour du Mont Blanc and Walker’s Haute Route, hiking from Chamonix to Zermatt.
I’d find another way to be in the mountains!
1. My enthusiasm and positive energy don’t really have any limits. I am also very patient and understand that everyone is unique so I will always tailor lessons to help you achieve the goals we set together.
2. I have made Zermatt my year-round home and know the resort incredibly well. From being able to find the best snow, give you warning you if the conditions can be challenging, helping with restaurant recommendations and sharing other insider tips, I’m your girl!
3. The mountain environment never ceases to amaze me and I am always learning more about it. I especially love spotting wildlife and sharing facts about the animals we may encounter throughout our time together on the slopes.
