A career in the mountains felt like the natural path for me, born and bred in a place famous for it’s abundance of nature and mountain landscapes… London. Luckily despite being from a city, my parents are keen skiers (drinkers), so growing up we took family trips to one of Zermatt’s neighbours, Villars, where I learnt to ski at the age of 3.
As I got older my passion for skiing grew and I began competing in Slalom, GS and Super G. I reached international level in both slalom and GS before switching my focus to studying business management with marketing at the University of Leeds, where I was race captain for the University ski society.
I have been instructing since 2018, and since graduating from uni have spent a season in Japan teaching a mixture of off-piste, powder and on-piste carving skills. I then spent the Southern Hemisphere winter in New Zealand where I developed my own teaching and technical skills, gaining my level 3 instructing qualification.
Building confidence and improving skills so that more people can experience the joys of being on the slopes is so rewarding. I’m also really passionate about empowering more women and girls to get into skiing and competing.

Ski Patrol.. throwing avalanche bombs sounds fun 😀
1. Supportive environment – I pride myself on being very patient and encouraging. Confidence is vital in order to make skiing improvements, so fostering an empowering environment in my lessons is a priority of mine.
2. Fun! – The whole point of skiing is to have fun so I ensure my lessons are dynamic and engaging while targeted to your specific goals. The best way to learn skiing is to ski!!
3. Experience – I’ve got 20+ years of skiing under my belt as well as 10 years racing experience and 6 years of instructing. I have a great attention to detail when it comes to ski technique and can help with small technique changes that will result in huge improvements. I’m happy to teach any ability – whether you have never touched a ski before or you are wanting to perfect your carving technique.
